Wanted to get a rate quoted for refinance options and through the process was disrespected and treated like I had done something wrong. Extremely unprofessional communication in general with a final email response when I told him I was going to work with someone else of "Lol ok I'll withdraw this". Absolutely do not recommend working with Rob.
