Rob Sanchez was very personable and professional. In all regards and at all times, Rob responded to my needs rapidly and with sincerity. Even his office manager Jessica, was extremely professional and very pleasant. I was very fortunate to have had Rob and his team handle my loan process.

Rob was very helpful during this generally stressful process. He kept us in the loop, explained the details, and was a pleasure to work with. With his assistance we were able to secure the loan we needed, to get into the home we wanted. Also, he worked well with us even though we were coming from out of state. Distance was not a factor in our receiving excellent services.

Getting a mortgage is stressful no matter how you cut it. These guys are knowledgeable, transparent, and responsive. Great blend of best in class service with extremely competitive fees and rates. No reason to settle for poor, less experinced call center support offered by competitors. Don’t be fooled by competitor’s non transparent deals with fees baked into cost to make ‘rate’ appear to be a better deal than it is! Experience and service saved us money and headache.
