Robert Sanchez was the professional who helped us through the loan process. He made it very easy to get started , and his friendly and courteous manor, kept the stress level to a minimum .To me, one of Rob's most admirable qualities, was his attentiveness to our calls or text. This included the precious family time in the evening or early morning that he responded to our needs.

I recently purchased a home and was referred to Rob from my realtor. Rob is an awesome, helpful and knowledgeable guy. I had lots of questions in regards to my mortgage application process and he was always available not matter what time of the day it was. Rob is very thorough and clear, I have absolutely no complaints for Rob, I would definitely work with Rob again and again. Rob's team work really well, they are all very helpful just like Rob is. If you want a hassle free loan and mortgage application, Rob is the MAN!!!

I am not a first time home buyer that's why I'm writing this review, I have purchased homes in the past and the entire buying process was a nightmare to say it nicely. Rob Sanchez was amazing in guiding us with the purchase of our first home from the very beginning to the end! He was always available to answer any questions we had and got back to us quickly. Just a few days away from receiving the keys to my first home and I couldn't be anymore grateful! Rob's knowledge and expertise proved extremely helpful throughout the entire process! I'M SELF EMPLOYED WHICH MAKES THE LOAN PROCESS A DIFFICULT ONE, BUT WORKING WITH ROB HAS MADE IT A VERY EASY AND SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENCE, AND HARD WORKING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HE ALWAYS HELD MY INTEREST AND RESULTS ABOVE ALL ELSE.
