Rob got me a full half of a percentage rate interest over a large well known lender and closing fees at about $2,000 less etc. Very good competitive rates and fast service from application to loan completion. Highly recommended.

Rob Sanchez and his Guarantee Rate team made the “securing a home mortgage” process almost effortless. ....from pre qual to closing. All the transactions / documents were processed electronically. Upload the required documents to a secure site and they take it from there. Communication was outstanding. I highly recommended and will use Guarantee Rate again in the future.
