Rob and his team were fast. We closed within 30 days without any issues. I found a house in two weeks and Rob was able to get the paperwork started a day after I found the house. Communication was done via phone and email. All responses were done in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience with Rob Sanchez and his team. The communication was always quick and informative. We really appreciated the online account which allowed us to view the progress of our loan and also the system that allowed us to transmit our personal information through a secure link. The loan processing time was quick. We would definitely recommend Rob to our friends.

Rob Sanchez is very well versed in all aspects of home loans, HUD auction sales and real estate. Rob made is a smooth process for me and answered every question I had. He was always a phone call away and always answered his cell so it would not go to voice mail. Rob made me feel like part of the family during the entire time of the loan process. Rob would even follow up to see if I had any questions and took calls late at night. I recommend Rob Sanchez with no reservations.

Rob and his team at VIP were very professional, friendly, and helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way. This was my first experience with buying a home. I had heard some horror stories from friends who had experienced problems with everything from miscommunications to actual fraudulent activity. Therefore, meeting Rob Sanchez and the VIP Morgage professionals was a delightful experience. They made the procedures of buying a home simplistic and my loan was financed in record time! This was a real "5 star" experience!

I highly recommend Rob when purchasing a home. He is very knowledgeable especially around the VA part of the loan (do's and don'ts). He was almost always available day or night and if he wasn't, he has a wonderful team that is ready to assist. We even closed early because he was able to get all the paperwork done quickly.
