We were directed to Rob and The Sanchez Team by our realtor and we are very glad she did. He would call us back immediately when we had a question. He walked us through the process step by step even though we were unable to be in the area during the time. He answered any and all questions even anticipating some of them. He is very professional and personable and easy to work with.

very professional and pleasant from the first moment we met him. Outlined our options and what we needed to reach our goal very clearly. We especially liked that we were able to do most of the work by e-mail with e-signature..saved a tremendous amount of leg work. Informed us promptly of status of loan and immediately let us know ifwe needed additional paperwork.. Very quickly done, we were very impressed. Rob is very personable.
