Rob Sanchez will keep you informed any time there is a change in mortgage rates. His assistance on getting required forms and information was outstanding. All of his staff were extremely friendly and professional. His team keep us informed every step of the way through out the mortgage and closing process. Plus he's got the best pens I've ever seen, text stylus, spot light and writing instrument. A very impressive experience over all.

My wife and I were very pleased with Rob. He is very personable and friendly. He was also very detailed and knowledgeable about the whole process. We felt very comfortable with his handling of our loan. We would recommend him to our closest friends and family.

Rob was recommended to us by our realtor and I can see why! Rob and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish in the process of our mortgage application. We were living overseas at the beginning of the process and despite the time difference Rob always got back to us in a timely manner - answering all my questions and helping us gather all the paperwork we needed to help the process go quicker upon our arrival. Rob did an outstanding job. Document preparation, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. A quick turnaround job from the beginning to the end. My loan was approved and closes in just 2 weeks! Yes I made sure I did my part but he did the rest. A standing ovation for his team. 5 stars!

Did preliminary approval over the phone, Followed up following day with assorted forms needed to be filled out. Has a secure web site that all your information can be sent. You are in constant contact with Rob or his staff if you have any questions or problems

We were referred to Rob and VIP Mortgage from another lender who were unable to do a loan for us due to our previous short sale. Rob responded to my voice message immediately and began the process to see if he would be able to do our financing. We were able to pre-qualify for a loan and began looking for our new house. I was put in touch with Rob and his team because I needed to do a quick refinance and change my loan from VA to conventional. The team did an awesome job. They were quick to respond, very attentive, and met my timeline. Rates were competitive and fees were reasonable. I'd recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking for a new loan or refinance!
