Rob has been exceptional with regards to our loan. He was always on top of his game and made sure we knew that he was available at all times during the process from the application to the closing and beyond! Rob also seems to grasp the need to build a rapport with those he's working with. We plan to use Rob again very soon. We also plan to recommend to friends going forward. Rob stayed in close touch and was always very responsive but not sure I would recommend Mutual of Omaha. We have been through this process several times before (but not for 10 years) and I've never seen the numbers change so frequently and then we never got the final,final numbers and wired the incorrect amount of money for closing. Perhaps technology is making this process harder for the consumer in some ways.
