Rob stayed in close touch and was always very responsive but not sure I would recommend Mutual of Omaha. We have been through this process several times before (but not for 10 years) and I've never seen the numbers change so frequently and then we never got the final,final numbers and wired the incorrect amount of money for closing. Perhaps technology is making this process harder for the consumer in some ways.
