Rob is informative, attentive, supportive, and kind. We know he got us the best deal out of all the other lenders we spoke to. He helped us navigate the process brilliantly, and we'll be working with him again when we recast our mortgage after our prior home sells. We had to deal the city shutting down and our closing being delayed due to Winter Storm Fern. Rob eased all our concerns and talked to us daily through the delay. He came to our closing too!
