suppose to close on Monday Jan.11 after initiating the phone calls to find out when and where to close , we were told it will be Tuesday at 11 am, Kevin said he needed the payoff for BMO Harris 1st Mtg, after an hour and a half on the phone we finally got it. On Tuesday we left our house at 9:30, going to stop for breakfast, At 10 am Kevin called to say they needed 12 months of current payments from BMO, guess what they will send it out in 48hours, we spent 7 hours not to close that day,

Lots of surprise costs and charges we thought were over the top. Maybe that's just how things are these days but we felt like everyone had their hands in our pocket. Doing everything online was confusing also.

Some pretty crazy fees. Not sure why I needed an over night fee as well as some other fees that just seem likes you are taking my money for whatever you want.
