The first several months of the construction loan everything was good. The last month or so was very unorganized. We could not get people working on our loan to call us back and give us the information we needed. Several times we got different information from different people and had to submit information several times.

My loan file started in March 2018, closing was not until May 22, 2018. It was in no way a "rush" given that much time, but two major mistakes were still made. The first was due to lack of communication of when a document had to be signed by a certain date, but I was not told. The second was an error in the closing costs where I had to leave in the middle of the closing to run to the bank for an additional cashier's check. Also, Rob calls his female staff "girls" which is condescending.

Messed up rates got competitive rates that were lower wouldn?? match gouged me on buying points. When i didn??. Red to and locked me in to we??e i couldn?? change it took way longer then everyone else would !! Will not use this company again

Definitive responses from DRM to questions regarding explanation for the need for information/documentation that appeared not relevant to the process and invasive to the applicant. Advanced communication from lender to explain contents of Edocs coming for applicant's review and signature, associated deadline for response, etc.
