It seemed that there were several things that got overlooked that I needed to complete. A foundation inspection, water test, a new pest inspection due to the one we already completed was to old. I was told all of this less than a week before closing and had to jump through hoops to get these things done. Knowing these requirements sooner and the time frame requirements that went along with them would have been better.

Jason should not be working with clients. He does not disclose points and fees until last minute, then it?? too late to go to another lender. His customer service is terrible!

The company is great. But the loan officer I used wasn't very good at responding or giving information that I was asking about. Because we can't really isn't a great response. I'm happy with getting the loan to go the home we got but it was a difficult time when it should of been a great experience.

Robby was very helpful and knowledgable. Kelly Crowe and other employees in Valparaiso were also great. However, I was very upset that I received an email stating that I should get a cashier's check for closing, which I found out was not allowed by state law. If this was a form letter, it needs to be updated. It caused my closing to be delayed as the needed wire was not sent in a timely manner since I had originally obtained the cashier's check.

It seemed to take s lot longer than it should have, and there were several things that came up right at the end that could and should have been resolved sooner. Specifically items on our credit report that were there all along and yet weren't addressed until the 11th hour.
