I was well informed on the process and things worked out as stated. Robert was easy to work with and made the process painless. The only issue I have is with the legalities in underwriting asking for sources that are beyond proving in some cases. For example: I share a joint account with my husband. He is NOT on the loan. He deposited funds into our joint account. A gift letter as well as the check stub from his deposit were provided.
