The process was clearly laid out and it was easy to follow my to do list in the portal. Transferring sensitive financial and personal information via the portal was secure and I was kept well informed throughout the process. Closing was very easy and done at home. The only hiccup was receiving a timely copy of the appraisal because the VA process was slower than expected because of the unusual volume of loans they are processing coupled with Covid-19 issues.
