We did most of our refinance with Ryan English. He was great and every time we had a question he was very prompt in answering and explaining why information was needed. Ryan was available even late at night. We were very pleased with his customer service and recommend Mutual of Omaha. MofO was the only bank that we found would refinance our modular home.
