The loan process is never a fun proposition, that being said this process was relatively smooth. Minimal drama, and no real surprises. Out of the many times I have had interactions with mortgage companies, this did not leave me feeling taken advantage of, as is so many times the case. Received reasonably timed updates, and was able to get answers quickly.

We were nervous as this was our first home purchase. Being in the military for 26 years never afforded us the opportunity. Robert explained a few things, and ran with it! I couldn't believe how easy it went. We were always waiting for the horrible experience we've often heard about to start, it never came. A positive experience on all aspects. Our real estate agent, and title company couldn't say enough about their positive experience with Robert. I wouldn't buy another house without Robert!
