Our closing day was horrific. We moved it from the first of April to mid-month to coincide with the sale and closing on our condo. To potentially have to move it to another day all together was completely unacceptable. However, I do greatly appreciate that you made accommodations for us to close with the notary.

Robert was good by the end of our purchase, but it was a very rocky process. Majority of the issues were due a lack of communication and losing multiple team members during our transaction which resulted in a lot of unnecessary money spent, sleepless nights and high emotions. When I first spoke to Robert he was ill informed of our progress but after taking some time to review everything we had been through, he and Alina were vital components to getting us to our closing & we are grateful!
