The entire loan process was very tedious and stressful. The same information was requested 2 and 3 times. Some of the requests were ridiculous and unnecessary. Mr. Reber was the shining star of the process. He came on board about one month before we closed. He was able to reduce our monthly payment by approx $200 and our down payment by $1000.
