Jessica was great to work with. We had very specific requirements for our new home and therefore the search took us a significant amount of time. We considered many properties and were very close to deciding on a few, but they all fell short of our needs. Kate was fantastic! She was so helpful through the whole process and excellent at helping us navigate the process of buying a home for the first time. Her negotiation skills were top notch and really did a good job helping us make our offer as competitive as possible in a difficult sellers market. She is excellent at communicating and was always proactive. Cannot say enough good thinks or recommend her enough.
