This was my first home purchase and Stephen made it simple, understandable and as easy as possible. Negotiations for this home were very difficult but he always knew what to say and when to say it. Can’t recommend Stephen enough!

I can't even begin to describe how hard working Dana is. She proactively gave my wife and I a comprehensive crash course on the home buying process (we're first time home owners); she then blocked out an entire weekend worth of home tours to accommodate to us not being locals; helped us make a compelling offer and was responsive and helpful all the way to closing. In other words, Dana is stellar.
