Robin was great! I had no issues with him. It was the builder. The keys we received didn’t open the front door. There are still issues that weren’t addressed For it being a new build, a lot wasn’t done correctly or neatly

Robin have been knowledgeable and patient through the whole process at the beginning when I started the loan I was working with a different loan officer, Dianne, we had no communication, I don’t know what happened to my loan, I was about to cancel the contract, but Robin took over the loan and helped me through the process.
