Rodney helped my First Time Buyers ( E. E. and L. E. ) get the home they wanted. Rodney was really able to "shine" when we ran into a "bad" Appraisal. It did delay our escrow, but he and his Team were able to navigate properly and effectively, to get a second Appraisal done so we could close.
