Rodney helped us navigate the tortous refinancing process. He gave us good advice and brought to our attention an erroneous credit report that was slowing the process. After this was corrected by the credit bureau, he managed to get our application moving with excellent service and timely updates. We have now closed our loan and remain very grateful to Rodney and his team for getting this done. Excellent service above and beyond what we expected.
Rodney and Mary were amazing through our loan process. They handled everything promptly and we were able to close our loan quicker than anticipated.
