Rodney Anderson was very helpful in answering all of the questions I had about the loan and all of the charges. I did have quite a few setbacks and delays, but in the end he was able to get me a lower rate than we originally estimated. Overall, he was great to work with.
Rodney made our home buying experience quick and easy. We were using a VA loan and had concerns, but Rodney and his staff processed our loan quickly and now we are moving into our new home!
Rodney works out of the Roseville office of Keller Williams and is always available to answer any questions I have. He has been a wealth of knowledge and keeps offering to help even when I don't have a referral for him yet. His work ethic is outstanding and his ability to solve unusual issues is what makes him a top producer.

Rodney goes beyond what is expected of him. When other lending firms do not have a solution and can't assist a client, Rodney finds a solution or works out a plan for the client's package to be put together. Whether it is a few weeks out or even months out, the client is informed on what to do to get their lending package ready. I will definitely refer my clients to him.
Rodney is an amazing loan officer. He is proactive, efficient and professional. I especially love working with him because he over communicates through out the entire process leaving no questions for either buyer/seller/agents. I would recommend him to all my friends and family!
