Always great service and conveniently located next to the yummy Frisco.
The customer service at this car dealership made buying a new car hassle and worry free. There wasn't ANY pressure from the salesman to the manager. In fact, they let us take the car home overnight to get to know it and compare it to other cars if we wanted. We did just that. I just purchased a used car from this dealership. Josh Beck was my contact and was extremely nice, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Kevin Ortiz was my finance contact, and got all my paperwork done very efficiently. I met the service manager, Keith Thompson, and he was very helpful showing me things inside the vehicle and hooking up my phone to the blue-tooth. All in all, this was the MOST PAINLESS car buying experience I think I have ever had. Good work, gentlemen, and keep it up! You all deserve a raise.( smile )
