Took my car in for the initial oil change Saturday (Georgetown location). I had a 12:00 appointment and dropped it off around 11:30. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs so since my husband followed me there we went for lunch and an IKEA shopping trip. When we returned around 2:00 (expecting it to be done). Really bad experience. Took two and a half hours to change oil.
This review is specifically for the service advisors. I took my car in on a Saturday morning for a 5000mi service interval. I made the appointment online at least a week ahead of time, and chose my services. I typically choose to pay the extra $20 to get it washed. It saves me time. This time was no different. While the buying process was quick, simple, and friendly...the car I bought broke down that same night, with my 2 and 3 year old in the car with me. I had spent all day looking for a honda cr-v and found the Honda pilot at last minute when I was about to give up. I had high hopes that I was finally having luck and then this happened.
I will preface this by saying I am not a huge fan of car dealerships. When I first contacted Roger Beasley, I got the impression this was going to be a positive experience. I was incredibly disappointed with this dealership. We did end up buying a car from them but we should have just walked out. I regret the decision. The people we dealt with were completely out of sync with each other. The gentleman “in charge”, Shamir, was rude and condescending. We bought 2 automobiles from the Roger Beasley South location with Eddie. The first transaction was cash car Honda that broke down but I felt due to just miles on the car (wear"and tear thing) Well went back bought a New car and the scams and lies began!
