i had a complimentary free oil change some of my fluids were still the same level and my windshield wipers fluids wasn't touch because they were empty,, I'll next time just go somewhere else

Well, I am not impressed there was a Recall on the Mazda, ours is a pickup truck, B2300, 2009, less than 30,000 miles, we found out about it from the internet just by chance... so we called local Mazda, We were told we would be contacted when the parts were in, no sorry we didn't get you notified or anything... this is the air bag recall, we still didn't know what exactly but had been riding around in it for many months... guess I could have been decapitated, maybe that ...would have gotten more attention.... Usually every time I go to Mazda Central I ALWAYS have a horrible experience. This past time was no different. When I went in to get a oil change, the service advisors looked at me like I stupid because I told them to please make sure to TURN OFF my maintenance light because they always forget! I then called to ask them why my light wasn’t turned off and they told me that I can click applications on my car to turn the light off but then I told the advisor that there is no way to turn the light off as applications isn’t tell... read more
