I was very happy with the eagerness to explain the process and my options fully. Roger is very good with communicating information is an easy to understand way. I was very happy that I was never pushed to make any decision, I was allowed to choose based on my own needs. The people helping Roger with the behind the scenes work (paperwork, information gathering and getting answers for additional questions that came up) were phenomenal as well.
