I had the feeling right at the initial phone call I made that Roger wanted this to make as much sense as I did if it were to move forward. He went thru the numbers and was very up front about how this refi would make sense or wouldn't. So happens it did and we are now on track to be out of debt much sooner than if we had not gone ahead, which was the entire reason we even considered it.
