I had the feeling right at the initial phone call I made that Roger wanted this to make as much sense as I did if it were to move forward. He went thru the numbers and was very up front about how this refi would make sense or wouldn't. So happens it did and we are now on track to be out of debt much sooner than if we had not gone ahead, which was the entire reason we even considered it. Roger is great to work with. He explained everything in detail and was completely transparent throughout the process. When I contacted him he was very responsive. What I wasn't as thrilled with was I had to be my own advocate for getting the best interest rate. Had I not comparison shopped we'd have a higher rate. I also felt it was a little unorganized the week before our close, our loan process was on vacation. Had I not called to check on things I feel we may have missed close target.
