Internet is so hit and miss works fine then goes out call the techs they can’t do anything they send it to level 2 sometimes it takes an hour sometimes it takes 2 days paying for the highest package no bill credit for internet being out half the month

Horrible service at best. We have had Resound connected for less than a week & it has gone out several hours every day for the past 3 days!!! Can’t get the technical service to answer/return my call.

Horrible service. Very unreliable. Internet outage every few days at midnight. 10 outages in 3 weeks.

Most pathetic internet company I think I've ever used; what's not wrong with them. Terrible customer service on a Friday evening, holding for 2 hours only to get excuses; pay for highest package they have and get 35mbps. Plus many more excuses; they have used everything in the book. Think it's time for attorney on this since this has been going on since day one.

I usually don’t post stuff like this but don’t get Resound for your internet. The service is not good at all. My internet was bouncing around and I had to keep calling them and would work for a little while but it would start again. This happened for months. I called them to cancel and they told me that I would be charged an early cancellation fee. since they bought Echo, service has gone downhill. Customer service is completely unskilled, looooong hold times.

wifi is worse then suddenlink & charge more than suddenlink! worse wifi & customer service I've had. rather put up with suddenlink with better & cheaper wifi!

Y’all should stop buying out internet companies. Echo was awesome as soon as you took over service is hit or miss. Judging by your reviews this seems to be a theme for this company. If you are going to offer internet make it work otherwise offer maybe internet maybe it will work maybe it won’t
