Got connected this week love it! No lag on Netflix, phones, or iPads even with 6 people in the house. Installation crew was very diligent and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

We have this internet service at our house and we LOVE. Me and my momma get our beloved Netflix, Kaylea gets her YouTube videos, Jarron can stream all he wants on his PS4, and my dad can get some of his work done right here in our home. (Not to mention all of our social networking) highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

I have had so many connectivity issues with Resound that I had to cancel my service. The router would constantly drop connection. With a work from home job, this is unacceptable.

2 weeks no service and still expects bill to be paid in full. no bill credit whatsoever. DO NOT use this company. they used to care for their customers, but not since they were bought from ECHO. down hill since!

Our wifi went out. The technician was supposed to come between 8-12 am. He never showed up. I called three times for an update. First time I was told he was running behind but would call with an update. Two hours later I called and was told he was ten minutes away. An hour later I was told the scheduling person would call me back and I never heard from them

was on the phone for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer my decision to hang up and call back the second person found out no one even working that part the time im on hold like what the actual F you sutpi dum as POS just answering phones 🤔

Internet is so hit and miss works fine then goes out call the techs they can’t do anything they send it to level 2 sometimes it takes an hour sometimes it takes 2 days paying for the highest package no bill credit for internet being out half the month
