RecommendedGood customer service fast and Friendly
I refer ALL my friends and family to Resound!! I have had VERY few problems (2 exactly) since January, when I became a Resound customer, and they are VERY quick to respond, and fix issues. 😁

I've updated all my equipment to Resound Network from Wave direct and I really enjoy it. The customer service is great, they even called me after a power outage to make sure my internet was working. The only thing is when a tower goes down but that's normal with this stupid weather. Other than that, I love it!

The tech guy, Greg, has been awesome!!! I work from home and he went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Thanks so much Greg for caring, it wasn’t Resound’s issue. It was on my side.
I had been experiencing no internet connectivity since Friday evening, and when I first called over to Resound the next day, the 24-hour team answered it, took down notes, and stated that there was an outage in the area. So I took the chance in calling them today, which is Labor Day, not expecting to get put through. I was routed to Greg's personal cell phone somehow, as it wasn't answered by the 24-hour service as last time.
