From the very start it was a pleasure to work with Solar Optimum. During my initial call, before anyone came out, everything was explained to me so thoroughly it made it easy for me to understand the process. The crew arrive on time and were finished that same day. Solar Optimum is the best solar company! When I first contacted them, I wasn't sure if I even what type o solar system I wanted, and I expected them to try to push me into buying the most expensive, but that was not the case at all. Just Stop Looking for a solar company! Go straight to Solar Optimum! They are the best in the business ( we talked to many, and none of them compared ), and Alex is extremely knowledgeable and service-mined. On top of that, their warranties are incredible! We looked for months for the right solar company constantly comparing rates peoples reviews and ratings. We found Solar Optimum thru word of mouth and having a great person explain in plain English not solar talk what this purschase consists of. The entire experience with Solar Optimum was excellent. My Husband and I talked to a lot of companies, and they all gave us a proposal for our project. Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to focus on educating and informing us about solar. When the installers finally came on install day, they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. I am more than happy with the results!.
