Sales process was good. Had a few hiccups during installation, but Solar Optimum worked hard to address these. In particular, Alex (Ops Mgr) exceeded my expectations in attending to the project. Still waiting for inspection, but so far so good.

When I saw the roof of my friend's house and asked about solar, He had only one answer, Solar Optimum. I checked their 10 years background in social media and pushed start key for my house and car. They checked my property and roof, also or electricity bill and gave me the best design of panels. I approved it and they did the best. Now I can charge my car at home and pay only $12.00 to city as connection fee. I really recommend them if you like to have solar without any problems.

They designed a system for our needs and workers to our home to set it all up. They installed it and had the city inspectors check their work and all passed with flying colors. They answered any questions we had and even came out two times to make sure all things were going right. They flipped the switch and it all work like it should.

I had met with a lot of other companies and thought I would make my rounds before selecting who would do the work. Everyone was quick to spit out a general quote to show me numbers that were close. When I met with my consultant from Solar Optimum they had a wealth of information along with their proposal. They had filled me in with a more complete picture of what I could do for my home with my solar. In the end it was their expertise that helped close the deal.
We had a wonderful experience with them and our installation was complex given we had an older house that was not had up to code. They handled everything and were very professional.

Solar was a good idea for me because we used a lot of power at my home. I had a lot of devices plugged in and since I had a babysitter home most of the day the TV and AC ran around the clock. The panels are working as we were told, which is great, but that is largely out-of-sight/out-of-mind, however, the service that we received was excellent and very noticeable!

My brother and his family had solar on their house for about 2 years now. I thought long and hard and decided Solar was a great idea since it had been saving him tons of money every month. I decided to look into the same company he used. I met with Mark at home and we discussed my options. He told me he had solar installed at his home and we discussed the perks. It was good to get an industry view but getting a solar owners view helped lock me in at the end. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
