I am really impressed with Solar Optimum customer service. I am very satisfied with my solar system . I already have my solar for more than a year and never had a problem . Once the counter was turned off ( I have turned the box switch off by mistake) the technician came and turned it on . Even that time they were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend everyone to install solar and to go with solar Optimum. You will not regret it at all.

I met with 3 or 4 other solar companies in the years before meeting with Solar Optimum. The previous companies's representatives all lied to me or tried to distort the benefits. Solar Optimum told me the truth. The system was installed properly, works as specified and my property was treated respectively. What more can anyone ask for?

The entire process was quite easy. They handled everything from start to finish. My only responsibility was to review and sign documents via DocuSign which was extremely convenient. They communicated very well with me. Each step of the process happened exactly when they promised it would. I had no delays. The installation crew did a great job. They were fast and made sure everything was tidy before they left. The system has been performing exactly as promised for several months now.

I can't believe I waited to go solar when I could have saved a lot more money a lot sooner. I knew while my bills were moderate to high in the summers there was a better answer yet. EVEN LOWER BILLS. I went straight to my laptop the second my solar system was turned on, because I wanted to make sure I wrote a review. I started to look into solar because I was tired of using little of my appliances. I bought my AC so I can use it. So I found a way to make that possible. I met with some companies who offered similar system and similar pitches. I finally decided to go with Solar Optimum because I recognized the brands that were used, I felt comfortable with them and they answered a lot of my questions in great detail.

I originally gave a three star review to Solar Optimum for not providing a personal visit to us to discuss our solar options. I received a call from Rainier from Solar Optimum to talk about our negative experience. I feel the customer service response warrants another positive star. Even though we did not go with them the reaching out to find out why really helped show they do care about their customers.

I am picky about how my house looks so it was my goal that when they finished my installation looked as nice as possible. Solar Optimum was great and I liked all special things they did helping me get to my goals. The team took good care of my property during the install and were quick but more important accurate with the answers to my questions. The panels have been working very well since they turned them on and I would recommend anyone to turn to Solar Optimum for your answers, as I did.
