DO NOT USE BOB’S not trustworthy. *read my experience* We got a phone call from Bobs saying it was time for a one year inspection. I agreed to this one year inspection and during the phone call was never told it would cost $400. The person on the phone said I’ll email you confirmation of the date and time and attached are extended warranty renewal prices. Even in the email never made it clear this inspection would cost $400. DO NOT USE BOBS HEATING. They installed a furnace in my attic in 2004 & was too lazy to install the cover on the furnace, so it was left exposed. They came out to my house in 2018 & noted the problem, but again, still left the furnace exposed. Now my house is pending for sale & the appraiser called out the furnace as a problem, so we had to delay closing because of this 1 problem. After submitting the form for a call back several times over the last year, my wife called in to schedule heating and A/C servicing in our new construction home. She had to wait 5+ minutes for someone to answer (why I used their form for a callback). Once answered, she was told we probably shouldn't use the form and calling would have been faster.... okay? I had a heat pump installed little over a year ago. And the heat pump won’t maintain temperature we set. I would not recommend this company they do not come out in a timely manner to repair work and they have done really bad install work.

They refused to do an annual check/service on my 21 year old furnace. Its in good shape and works fine. They offered to provide a price to replace it which I didn't ask for. Never stated the policy. Wasted my day to arrange for the visit. Things must be going well to put this kind of unstated policy in place. Disappointed. I will have to look elsewhere after quite a few years.

Our air conditioner recently stopped working, which was installed by Bob’s. I called to schedule a technician to come out and was told they were booked a couple weeks out, but was referred to the BBB by the woman I spoke with to see if I could have a technician come out sooner, which I did. I had a technician come out and dx the problem and called Bob’s to see if the part was still under warranty, which it is, but they won’t honor the other dx test and told me they are booked until August. We will NEVER call them again. We were told we needed a whole new furnace even though ours was only 11 years old. Gave us a price of OVER $5000 for new furnace. Everything seemed wrong so I called another company. They were here about five minutes when they saw two wires were wrong with the new thermostat. We have heat and it cost nothing! Extremely upset with their customer service!! I purchased a new home where they installed all my heating and furnace by/with the builder. I called to get a quote for the BBQ spout install and at first they told me they cannot give me pricing, when I started asking why? I got various answers then I was informed at this time they are not installing BBQ spouts.
