❌ DO NOT USE BOB’S — not trustworthy. Bought two brand new AC units (from Bob's Heating) for 25k— one broke in 10 days, the other never worked due to missing parts. Waiting 20+ days with zero communication. Terrible service.
DO NOT USE BOB’S not trustworthy. *read my experience* We got a phone call from Bobs saying it was time for a one year inspection. I agreed to this one year inspection and during the phone call was never told it would cost $400. The person on the phone said I’ll email you confirmation of the date and time and attached are extended warranty renewal prices. Even in the email never made it clear this inspection would cost $400.
