It was good. He was very prompt. He was really helpful. He went above and beyond. I honestly don't usually service boilers but he had the part on him so he fixed it.

The scheduling over the phone was easy, and the person took the time to answer my questions and did not make me feel rushed. They had earlier service times available if I had wanted them. On the day of, the technician arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2-hour window from 3-5. It went very well. Ialways ask a lot of questions. The technician (Will) took the time to answer all of them. He explained things so that I could easily understand. My AC is not coolingmy home properly. Will presented me with several options and did not pressure me to buy anything. I really appreciated his diligence. This is definitely a good value for the service I received! They are a very busy company so you may have to wait a few days for service but it is well worth it. <br />
