They were punctual and professional. Worked quickly and was done in less than an hour. He even wore the little carpet protector booties when he came in. Nice guy. Will I think was his name. <br /> <br />Time will tell on the quality of the work. <br />

The service was great. The scheduling was a bit confusing as I was given a service time of 3pm, and when I called at 315pm, I was told that my window was 3p-5p. This was not clear at all when the appointment was made, however, luckily the guy was on his way when I called and arrived by 330p. Once there the service was great!!! <br />
Technician explained in detail preventative maintenance techniques for me the home owner. He walked me through the 20 point inspection process and told me my AC unit was in good working order without trying to sell meunnecessary extras. Great overall experience. <br />
