Purchased inspection through Angie's List. Arrived on time for appointment. Verycourteous and professional. <br /> Changed the filter and cleaned the AC unit. Recommended to have an electrician look at the lock box. <br /> I would certainly call the back for any HVAC work. <br />

Everything went well, as expected. The new igniter was not the best quality one on the market but served its purpose. They charged me $79 for a $30~$40 igniter but maybe the extra labor also played a role here and I had no complain about that. <br />

The owner and his employee were really helpful and prompt. I felt like I got a fair deal from someone who was happy to have the job. And I feel the price was reasonable. <br />
Punctual, courteous, professional, efficient. We had expected we may need some extra repairs or worn part replacements beyond the standard tune-up service in these older units, but everything worked properly and checked out well. Technician pointed out things he noticed that we might want to adjust later or keep from becoming a problem in the future.
