All went well. Will the technician answered all my questions and made me feel at ease while he eliminated various things and performed several tests to determine the problem.
It went very well, the men were on time and were very neat. Cleaned up better than I expected, and took all of the old equipment with them when they left. I would use them again. They also programed the new thermostat for me.
<p>It turned out very good. I was not thereat the time when the service took place, but I did ask the personthat was here to go over things in further details.That's exactly what they did and from my understanding they had no problem in doing that. They even went further than that, so they went over and above to what I asked. I set it all up. I spoke to the gentleman that did the repair. I used them twice, I don't see why I would not use them for the third time. The guy did a great job. </p>
