The tech did all the maintenance needed. We mentioned the high cost of our electric bill and the tech checked the power drawn by the furnace blower motor, which we were running all the time. It was much greater than we estimated. We no longer run the blower motor continuously and have cut our electric bill by approximately $30-$40 a month. I call that really great service! <br />
