Everything went fine, but part was supposed to be installed on a Friday. Installer went to pick up part and it was not available. This is probably reflected in the $270.00 cost. It took less than 1 hour to install and test furnace. Labor was supposedly 3 hours, which probably reflects part before verifying it come in. Don't feel I should pay for installation useless run for the part. <br />
<p>I scheduled the service through Angie's List. I was able to get service within days of scheduling. They were prompt and effective. </p> <br />

It was fair. The main person with the company who we dealt with was very good and scheduled an appointment and all of that. The person came and showed up. But, he replaced a fan in our air conditioning unit outside and after he was done, he left a wiring connector exposed and protruding from the top of the air conditioning unit. So, we needed to call back and have him locate that so it wasn't exposed and sticking out. We actually sent a picture of what it looked like.
