For us, the most frustrating part was having to provide the same documents several times. The other thing was not knowing ahead of time which documents would be needed so, having to gather information last minute was a bit daunting. Over all, we appreciate all of Ron's and Amber's efforts.
Ask for everything we're going to need at the beginning the very beginning.
