Ron and his team at Guaranteed Rate went above and beyond to assist us through the lending process. He answered calls, texts, and emails morning, noon, and night (weekdays and weekends) without delay. He was also open to providing his opinion when asked and I felt a level of trust that I find very rare in this type of situation. Our experience with Ron Bruno and his team at Guaranteed Rate was exceptional. He walked us through the entire process, went above and beyond to educate us on industry information and language we were unfamiliar with so that we felt totally informed and comfortable proceeding with a loan at a great rate. We found it particularly convenient to use their system to securely upload our info. Communication was excellent and we highly recommend them.
