Buying my first home was a very stressful experience. And although Rhonda didn't really relieve our stress she was super friendly and she did everything she promised as far as what to expect from a 0 down loan. She worked wonders. And we actually got a credit at closing! She knows her stuff, she'd be my first call if I was needing another loan.

She was informative and I could call her anytime. I called her quite frequently and she was always helpful and act like she was annoyed with me. My real estate agent and her work well together in getting the job done and on time.

Could not ask for a better lender to deal with. She & her team were on top of every little detail and walked me through things so I knew what to expect, how to deal with it and close the deal on my very first house. No questions were dumb to her, she is intelligent, friendly and a professional all the way.

We were told that in the beginning we were way ahead of the game. Later we were probed. Though Ronda explained very normal. We felt violated to run our dailyvlives as we do on a daily basis. Wejust felt like a criminal for no reason. To my understanding this is a normal process. But I have friend who said they never experienced this.
