Overall, great work and professional service. I did have a bit of trouble getting the work done on time due to my shingles being out of production and some scheduling issues with the contractor. But would use them again.
There was a bit of a challenge getting the initial appointment setup. We did not select a shingle within the window for the initial installation date, but RoofAdvisor was able to reschedule very quickly. Costs were comparable to the two other quotes that we received. When they found out the leak we had was over the electrical box they attempted to get someone over immediately (and managed to get someone over in hours). They fixed a leak when they came over to do an estimate. They were here after I left for work and gone before I got home. They even cleaned off some of the moss from our garage roof which wasn't part of the job. When we replace the garage roof we will hire them again.
Did a great job and completed in one day (12 hours).
sales rep actually knew what he was talking about. the office kept me informed of the timeline. the roofers on the job respected my home with a quality work ethic. oh yea, no nails on the drive or street
Very happy with the roof. Brandon actually suggested a different color that we like much better. crew didn't do a great job in clean up, but Brandon came out right away to take care of it.
