Hands down the best roof repair company in Virginia! Ken and his crew are amazing, and the communication was EXCELLENT. I have dealt with a lot of home improvement companies before but this one was easy, efficient, and extremely professional. I was so pleased with the work that was done that I am already considering additional work that I will be letting these guys do.
Best Customer Service at a Fair Price!! I'm thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of Roof.net. I called on a Wednesday, Ken came and estimated the roof the next day, showed me where the problem areas were. He explained the repair process in a way that was easy for me to understand. On Friday, they came out and repaired my roof, AND for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Roof.net!
Amazing Service!!! After reading all their reviews throughout the Internet I see why everyone loves their service!! We called for an estimate on Saturday, by Saturday afternoon we had an inspection and estimate in hand and repair was completed Sunday. I highly recommend Roof.net for all your roofing needs!!
Excellent price and very honest! Ken Briesemeister and his people were very responsive and took the time to explain the cause of my roof leaking problem. They sent me the before and after pictures afterwards. They are the only roofers who don't complain that my roof needs a 40 ft ladder to get up as some others try to take advantage of the situation.
Top Quality Service!! Ken was very professional and did an excellent job of identifying and explaining the various problems with my roof. The day after I had initially contacted him, he provided an estimate, sent me pictures of my roof problems, thoroughly explained the various problem areas causing leaks or potential leaks, and completed the work before the end of the day.

Amazing service throughout! After heavy rain, I noticed damage to the ridge venting at the top of my roof. I contacted several roof repair companies, but the only one who called back was Ken. He came out the next day, took pictures, and gave me a very fair estimate. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and the work was completed almost immediately. Ken was friendly and professional, and it was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely recommend Roof.Net to my family and friends.
Extremely professional!! Roof looks great. Found a leak with rotted chipboard/plywood underneath ridge vent at 2 locations. I called very late in the day Tuesday and they were out early Wednesday, took care of it same day. Ken and his crew replaced the plywood, shingles, and ridge vent. Work looks great, and the best part is NO MORE LEAKING.
I was convinced from the start that Ken was extremely knowledgeable about Roof Repairs. The roof never leaked again! Thanks Ken!
