Reasonably priced and very professional. Wonderful! The price was extremely reasonable and the knowledge of the owner Ken and his crew is amazing. The repairs were completed the next day in a very professional manner! The work looks so good it doesn't look like any work was done which will help when I put my home on the market.
Superior communication and workmanship. We needed roof repair recently. After contacting (literally) nine different roofing companies, only 3 bothered to reply / provide an estimate. One, which I choose not to name, wanted an upfront fee (and mostly non-refundable deposit) of $175 simply to look at the damage before even providing an estimate. Finally a roofer you don't have to worry about! I was extremely impressed with the fast and professional response of Ken Briesemeister. I filled out an online request for an estimate from my office, and before lunch someone had been out to my house and emailed me an estimate, complete with embedded pictures of my house and detailed descriptions of the problem. Before I got home that evening, the work was complete, clean job sight and all. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and the overall experience.
Fantastic. Ken came by on a Sunday after the big storms damaged my ridge vent, gave me a quote and had the roof repaired quickly. Vent looks great. I appreciate the responsiveness and no longer have to worry about a potential wet attic.
Top notch and fairly priced. From the first call to inquire I got Ken. he was with a customer and asked me to fill out the info and would get back to me. I respect that. He called on memorial day to confirm, was at my house as promised, did the estimate and went over verbally and visually the roof repairs needed and why. Excellent job all around. Great job with the siding repair and the roof pipe flange replacement. I received several quotes and this one was the most clear, easy to understand, and reasonably priced. I loved the pictures that is included in the quote...makes it easy to talk about the problem without going up on the roof.
I see why Roof.net has all 5 star reviews!! This was a last minute request on my part to fix a couple of items on the roof that I have been putting off for years. I called Ken and he arrived the next morning promptly as promised to assess the work. I found this experience both very professional and very personable. Ken knows his business and performs professional work at a great price. All in all, very happy working with him and I would recommend Roof.net anytime.
