we ordered a thin crust pizza. when I have a thin crust pizza there is a cracker crunch to the crust. yours was wet and soggy very gross.

I ordered for delivery. The guy I talked to had the wrong address so I gave him the new address. An hour and a half later the driver called and said he was at my door. He was at the old address so apparently the order taker didn’t update the address. Driver said he couldn’t get me the pizza before it was cold so I called back and spoke to a young lady. We’ve given the Rosati’s on Hunt Hwy in Johnson Ranch 3 chances now & they have failed every time. First time was dine in with horrible service and what we thought as a not so clean restaurant. Second time was carry-out where not one person working there could explain a coupon guideline from a flyer, plus didn’t even have the items listed on the coupon. Why offer it, if it’s not available? WORST local experience over time! Apparently, it’s management. When Sue was the manager, we were almost weekly loyal customers. We’ve ordered pizza, pasta & wings. The last few times we’ve ordered, our food has been delivered COLD. Tonight was the LAST straw. I’ve given it a fair shake, and I’m done. Fried ravioli was cold & on the verge of burned. Ordered delivery and it was 30 minutes late, cold, soggy. When I called to check on my order once it was late they seemed unapologetic and not concerned at all.
